Pam Swanson has served as the MFLC Program Director since 2014 and has expertly led the program through substantial change and development. As Program Director, Pam has the ultimate authority to execute all contract activities, commit Health Net corporate resources and speak on behalf of the company. Previous to her role as Program Director, Pam supported the MFLC Program as Regional Field Operations Director (since 2006) with responsibilities including implementing and managing up to 204 Adult/CYS installations and 280 contractors and management employees annually. Pam brings 25 years of management experience in mental health care administration including extensive leadership experience in staff management, client account management, quality management and crisis management for the MFLC Program, Fortune 500 national accounts and all freight railroads across the United States. Pam has a personal understanding of military lifestyle and culture having been raised by parents who both served in the Armed Forces prior to their assignment with the diplomatic corps.

Betsy McBride, a licensed clinical psychologist, has served the MFLC Program since 2008. As Program Manager under the next generation MFLC3 contract, with the authority to speak and act on behalf of the company with the government, Dr. Mcbride is responsible to insure program growth and compliance with all MFLC task orders. Day to day operational responsibilities include staffing, network development, reporting and data management, travel support functions and back end logistical and administrative services. Maintaining customer relationships with OSD is also a key focus, to insure that DOD initiatives and directives for MFLC program services are optimized in all CONUS and OCONUS assignment locations.

Dr. McBride has over 25 years of management experience in mental health administration, and extensive clinical experience with Critical Incident Stress Debriefing in both adolescent and adult populations.  As the wife of a career naval officer and mother of two children raised in the military, Dr. McBride has first-hand experience, understanding and appreciation for the military lifestyle and culture.
