SPA Support Calls
This series of calls offers Special Professional Associates the opportunity to hear frequently asked questions and their answers directly from a panel of experts – leaders from several divisions across Health Net such as Finance, Organizational Effectiveness, Payroll, Travel, Professional Relations and Field Operations. The calls begin with an opening statement from each division lead along with a discussion of some frequently asked questions and their answers. At the end of the call, SPAs will have the opportunity to pose any outstanding questions or issues.

“Military Cultural Competency” or MC3 calls are designed to provide all our counselors with the skills they need to succeed in our unique operating environment. These support calls are focused on discussing key topics with respect to the population we serve and include topics such as key military terms, techniques for briefing command or building command relationships; navigating difficult or uncomfortable command climate situations, and many others. These calls are intended to be a forum where MFLCs are encouraged to ask questions, bring up difficult situations and actively participate in order to facilitate group learning through shared experience and collaboration.
