Internal Server Error – Resolved

The Activity Form portal issue has been resolved. Upon initial log in to the portal, everyone will need to enter their previous (temporary) password and then immediately required to create a new password.  Remember, passwords should be at least 8 characters in length and should contain at least 1 of each of the following: one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
