New IT Service Desk number is: 866-675-8852

As part of Health Net’s integration with Centene, the Centene Service Desk will begin handling IT Service Desk calls beginning July 11 at 6 a.m. CST.

The Centene Service Desk will provide 24/7 IT support from Centene employees located in the United States.

What you need to do

Effective Monday, July 11, 2016 at 6 a.m. CST, please follow these instructions:

Phone number – Call the Centene Service Desk for IT support – 866-675-8852. Note: The current service desk number will be available until August 1 redirecting you to the Centene Service Desk number.

Menu options – Please listen carefully when calling the Centene Service Desk as menu options will change.

New Password Requirements!

Network passwords expire every 90 days.  If you do not get the reminder to change your password via your Lotus Notes email, you will have to call the Centene Help Desk to have it reset.

  • Going forward, passwords will be required to contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, non-alphabetic characters and should be 12 or more characters long.
  • The account will lockout after five (5) invalid attempts
