Troubleshooting Tips for Navigating Activity Form Access Issues

If you are unable to access to enter activity forms, IT is asking that you attempt to clear your browser cache and try again. Detailed instructions on how to clear your browser cache are documented directly below:

1 – Open your Browser (Internet Explorer)

2 – From the right hand corner, left click on the ‘tools’ icon as shown in the picture directly below:


3 – The box below will appear, double click on ‘Internet Options:


4 – Select the General tab and then in the Browsing history section, click Delete:

5 – Select the top three boxes and click Delete: 


6 – Click OK:


Once this process is complete, please attempt to access the system again.
